Earlier reports indicated that the prosecutor has filed a lawsuit. Nana Rybena and three others, charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, fraudulently obtaining loans from the public, forgery, and using forged documents. The case is currently before the court.
At around 11:30 a.m., additional reports stated that Nana Rybena was seen near the court's detention room, accompanied by lawyer Saiyut Pengboonchu. However, no further details about the case have been released.
Most recently, it was revealed that Way Thaitanium or Way Parinya Nana Rybena's husband, is one of the four named defendants in the lawsuit.
