Pu Mantana Posts Two Versions of Her Statement After Being Granted Bail: Villain and Heroine Perspectives

Today, Pu Mantana arrived at the Ratchada Criminal Court because Nhum Kanchai filed a defamation lawsuit by advertising, and the court ordered bail.

Afterward, Pu Mantana quickly left the court and posted a message on social media to inform the press and apologize for not giving an interview due to a commitment to sign documents at Hua Mak Police Station, saying

"Today, I must apologize to all members of the press for not being available for interviews because I had to attend to signing documents at Hua Mak Police Station.

I have informed the investigators and the chief of Hua Mak Police Station that Mr. Nhum Kanchai Karnklaiploy and lawyer Tuy Pornsatit Wipasarpanon have proceeded with filing the case in court.

I believe this action may amount to multiple lawsuits, so I ask that it be handled according to police procedures and the law.

This legal action through multiple channels has caused me to lose time and incur significant legal and bail expenses. Nevertheless, I am ready to exercise my legal rights to fully fight this case. I affirm that I was not the one who initiated the dispute.

Throughout nearly 30 years in the entertainment industry, I have tried to maintain my reputation and image. However, some individuals, media outlets, pages, and influential online figures have presented information that I believe is not factual, which has significantly impacted my business, causing loss of opportunities, income, and jobs.

Regarding lawyer Tuy and his wife, I would like clarity on their involvement in the case between myself, Look Mee, and lawyer Kung.

Previously, both lawyer Tuy and his wife attended court sessions even though they are not direct parties to the case with me, which may cause misunderstandings.

Finally, I affirm that I will act within the framework of the law and am ready to prove the facts through the justice process."

She concluded by saying this is the "heroine version."

Additionally, Pu Mantana also posted the same message in another version—the villain version—which was more intense.
