Jes Jespipat is one of the male actors whose schedule is incredibly packed. Jes Jespipat. He currently has projects to follow on both television and film, continuing from last year, which keeps him constantly in the spotlight. He admits that with so much work, no women have come to court him. He also reveals the type of woman he likes, opening up about it.
I'm very hot right now with a ton of work. Some projects were filmed last year, and some are just trailers we've shot but haven't started filming yet. It so happens that the trailers came out consecutively. The projects are diverse, including a recently released movie, a drama with its trailer just launched, a Netflix release from early this month, another movie I'm filming, and a completed series from Be On Crowd. I try to schedule so these projects don’t overlap because I’m at an age where I can’t handle multiple acting jobs simultaneously. I want to do each job well and not have projects come out back to back like before. I choose projects that feel different from the previous ones. I even still have time to play golf. I do have free time; I’m not that busy. Sometimes I do start to feel tired.
As for my love life, I’m not talking to anyone. I haven’t been dating—just working and playing golf for the past year. I’m more focused on work now. No one has approached me. Sometimes I’m low-tech too. I’m not lonely. These days, I’m really into my work and golf, so I don’t feel pressured to have a girlfriend. I feel I don’t have enough time to take care of someone. I’m not closed off to love; I just want to follow my friend (Baifern Pimchanok). Whenever she has someone, I’ll follow her. She’s beautiful, and I’m glad to have a beautiful friend. We’re friends already. I’m not the type to make the first move.
My type is a woman who, as I’ve grown up, I want someone who understands me more because my work is really hard to understand. People need to understand that sometimes I have little time, sometimes irregular hours, and I can’t tell them, 'Hey, I’m free this day next week,' because sometimes I don’t even know what work I have to do. It’s fine as long as she understands me and doesn’t pressure me.
I think there are people who understand, but it’s just not the right time for me to meet someone who understands me now. But I believe they exist. I’m open but don’t know where to look. I like meeting someone by fate — let’s say destiny. By chance, meeting and getting to know each other without planning or intentionally trying to flirt or wait for them to flirt with me.
