The winner of the Miss Tiffany 2026 crown was contestant number 5. "Book Theerachaya Pimkitidech" A 29-year-old columnist and content creator from Bangkok, she displayed elegance, wit, and leadership power distinctly, reflecting the essence of a modern woman standing firm on dignity and human value, winning the hearts of judges and the entire audience in the hall.

The first runner-up was contestant number 7, Maprang Pimrata Pongchaiwiwat, 28, a marketer from Chiang Mai, and the second runner-up was contestant number 8, Sea Games Mintthita Ondam, 26, a radiologic technologist from Suphanburi.
