Many consider her a devoted daughter who takes excellent care of her parents, including Ja Nongpanhee Mahadthai and she now seems to face a major life challenge after her beloved father was seriously injured in an accident. He is currently hospitalized, and Ja is fully committed to helping him recover, no matter the cost. She has shared before that her father has no insurance due to chronic conditions including diabetes and hypertension, which made him ineligible for coverage. Regardless of the expenses, she is determined to pay whatever it takes.
Recently, Ja posted a video revealing the medical bills accumulated over the past six days, showing a clear slip indicating payments exceeding 800,000 baht.
"Today I swiped the card for the expenses. Many people have asked how much it costs for my father's treatment. I pay every 6 to 7 days. This payment covers from the 22nd to the 27th, a total of 6 days, amounting to 824,955 baht. This is for 6 days."
"My father's condition was severe at first. The doctors initially labeled him a critical case — they used those exact words. Now, after about a month, his heart beats normally, his blood pressure is stable, and his pupils have started to respond to light; at first only the right eye, now both eyes. He has begun moving his legs on his own. This morning, a nurse told me he lifted his knees by himself. I feel the doctors and nurses here are very skilled. Everything here is excellent and well managed. We are just waiting for the brain swelling to reduce. I believe soon my father will open his eyes."
"Thank you to everyone who has been concerned. When I attend events, people ask if my father is improving, how much the costs are, and which hospital he's in. If asked in person, I tell them, but for now I don't disclose the hospital because visitors can't see him yet. We need to wait until he is in a regular room and infection risk is minimized before allowing visitors. Initially, he had a fungal blood infection, but recent blood tests show no fungi, so he is gradually improving. Everything is getting better; my father is waking up."
Many followers have sent their support and wishes for Ja and her family, praying for her father's recovery and swift healing.
