Ann Thongprasom Awaits Raeng Ngao 2026 Premiere, Confident in Baiferns Performance

It has been 25 years since the legendary drama "Raeng Ngao," which has been remade many times. The series has generated overwhelming buzz and become viral. Ann Thongprasom Another legend known for her role as "Munin - Muta" She openly states that this drama is miraculous—anyone who stars in it becomes famous. She also encourages Gen Z viewers to watch it and praises the casting as outstanding.

Recently, Ann was spotted at a press conference announcing the upcoming opening of an integrative anti-aging and health restoration medical center, "VAANAA Longevity Chiang Mai," in Chiang Mai. She shared the following:

"After 25 years, I'm still standing here, which is quite an achievement. 'Raeng Ngao' showcases strong potential in every version. The story is engaging and easy to follow; anyone who stars in it becomes famous. Our drama's images are still being reused. Gen Z might have missed it, but I encourage them to watch. My version is a bit sweeter, reflecting the tone of dramas from the 'Ann-Ken' era, with romantic and gentle endings—not as intense as some later versions."

"This drama can transform an actor's career. Actors playing roles like Munin-Muta and Nopnapha must have a special quality to embody the characters because it demands a lot of energy. Seeing the cast for 'Raeng Ngao 2026,' I think it's very good and impressive. I look forward to seeing everyone in the cast compete—it’s a form of entertainment that brings joy to Thai people. Although it's about marital issues, it's still enjoyable and offers valuable lessons. Especially with Baifern involved, it promises to be very exciting, and I believe she will do an excellent job."

Jokingly, she said her own career ladder had only four steps, but this year the ladder is much longer—falling might be dangerous. She also addressed comparisons to previous versions, saying: "Can everyone stop being so picky? It's like a flavor you might get tired of briefly, then try something else before coming back. This story definitely has lots to keep viewers interested."
