It was a heart-stopping experience for the famous comedian. Chaturong Mokajak. . Chaturong Potharam. He recently flew to Italy for work and on the way back had to stop in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to transfer flights to Thailand. Upon arriving back in Thailand, he learned that an explosion had occurred in Abu Dhabi, narrowly escaping death.
Recently, Chaturong Mokajak shared this story with Jack Green of Thairath Entertainment: “I was in Italy for 7 days working—filming at an orange orchard, visiting a factory, and going to an orchard on the southern island of Sicily, in the city of Catania. On the return trip, I had to fly from Milan to Thailand, but the plane stopped in Abu Dhabi. After landing in Abu Dhabi, I stayed there for almost 2 hours, walking around the gate area and shopping.”
“But when I boarded the plane from Abu Dhabi to Suvarnabhumi, I had no idea what had happened. I was relaxed on the flight. When I arrived and got off the plane, my phone started working again. Scrolling through it, I saw that an explosion had occurred two hours earlier in Abu Dhabi.”
“At the time of the blast, I was on the plane. Had I traveled a little later, things would have been chaotic. The plane might have been grounded and couldn’t fly to Thailand. I don’t want war to happen. I ask all world leaders and those in power not to use their power this way. Don’t think that if someone harms us, we have to destroy them first to the point of killing each other. It shouldn’t come to that.”
