High-society Namwan Reveals Unspoken Burdens Navin Tar Denies Lawsuit Was Wife-Forced

The situation remains unfolding regarding high-society figure Namwan Pasavee Phayakkabut and Navin Tar, with the opposing party being Coach Som. Namwan went live in tears, speaking about a professional live streamer who presented work on the day Navin Tar attended a company meeting. However, the streamer behaved inappropriately during the presentation, including her speech, gestures, and provocative attire seemingly aimed at Namwan's husband. She reportedly said, “Do you know, Namwan, that I’m everyone’s husband?” This sparked heated drama, making Namwan furious and nearly led to divorce with Navin Tar, as she felt disrespected. She went to the district office but, lacking witnesses, did not sign the divorce papers.

Coach Som stated that her words were meant as a fan’s comment, saying, “You’re like the nation’s husband.” She admitted to saying this and said she continued teaching afterward. She insisted there was no romantic intent, welcoming the opening of the meeting room video. On that day, she did not ask for photos or exchange personal contacts.

Coach Som later went live saying she was ready to have the video released because there was nothing to hide. She noted she had been invited to the show "Hone Krasae" to clear the issue and was willing to go. She reaffirmed saying “nation’s husband,” not “husband,” and denied any misconduct. She asked not to repeat the story to avoid multiple media reports, confirming the incident was as initially stated—no physical contact, just teaching and then leaving.

Recently, Namwan and Navin Tar went live again. Namwan admitted feeling uncomfortable holding crucial evidence she cannot reveal. She said that if her husband had asked that woman to leave, the situation might not have escalated so much.

Namwan said she was upset about being accused of pressuring her husband to sue to end the matter. She quoted someone saying, “I understand you, Tar. You sue, and it will end. So she must stop, right?” But she felt she could not stop because she hadn’t done anything—she was at home, raising the child and selling items via live stream—while the incident happened without her presence.

Navin Tar said he was still there and would handle discussions with the lawyer himself. He described the other person's statements as just talk that can be said casually.

Namwan said she felt somewhat relieved that her husband said the reason he wanted the matter to end was to stay with the family. Navin Tar confirmed this, saying it was certain and he would ensure the matter is fair for them and their family.

Namwan then cried on the live stream, saying no one wants to cry out of pity for others, but she felt suffocated. Navin Tar apologized for causing her discomfort and promised to improve. Namwan looked at her husband and said, “If you hadn’t stopped her that day, none of this would have happened. If you had asked her to leave,” before ending the live stream and walking away.

Navin Tar then took over the live stream, thanking everyone for their support and joining in encouraging Namwan.

Namwan interjected, saying no one understands how much criticism she faces. She holds images of the other person that she cannot reveal, which makes her feel uncomfortable. She said the other party can show everything, highlighting only the good angles, but because the images involve that person, she cannot reveal them—not even the sounds. She said, “Try being in my shoes; you’ll see how suffocating it is.”

Navin Tar comforted his wife, saying once the matter proceeds to legal case, everything will unfold. People can have their opinions, but family issues have many perspectives and sometimes should not be public. However, since it’s out in the open and they are public figures, opinions are inevitable. He asked everyone to respect each other.

He added that people can say whatever they want, but they will find out the truth eventually. He warned to watch their words carefully because they are keeping all evidence. Although some may enjoy the moment now, it will not be enjoyable later. There are problems arising from what has been dug up currently. This is a warning to stop and not create further issues.

He said those who dislike him will continue to do so regardless. If someone liked him before but now hates him, he does not care. If the dislike stems from doing what is right, then that is their problem. If they liked him before but hate him now, that is their issue.

He also said the person involved came to the company and made them feel like victims of rudeness. He must protect his dignity and family. The conduct and manners displayed in the meeting were inappropriate and not something normal people would do. Regarding rumors that he is suing because his wife pressured him, he asked for respect for his decision, stressing it was his own desire, not anyone else’s.

He plans to sue the opposing party regardless of what they say. He does not want people to listen to or weigh others’ opinions, noting that many comments show intent to stir up hatred toward his family. The lawsuit is his own decision and deserves respect because it is to protect his and his wife’s dignity and their family.

He emphasized that the opposing party’s actions caused discomfort and violation. He will exercise his rights so that this person realizes their wrongdoing.

When asked why he did not speak out on the incident day, Navin Tar said he was saddened because the event happened very quickly. He regretted not dealing with the person immediately when boundaries were first crossed. The best action at that time would have been to expel her, but everyone behaved politely, causing discomfort. He admitted feeling regret for not acting then, which allowed the matter to become public.

He reaffirmed that he did not sue because his wife forced him but out of his own will. He felt violated in the meeting room and believed such behavior should not happen to anyone else. He understands the desire to see the video but said it is not everyone’s right to view it. The truth will come out in due time.
