Regarding the case where Chusi Chenyim posted a clip while with Yong Lookyee and the original Yaem Yasothon and wrote the caption, "Mam Jokmok sued for one million baht copyright fee for the term #Yaem in the movie Yaem Yasothon," while in the clip he said, "Actually, Mam should pay if sued. The name Yaem, really, should be paid for both Yaem Yasothon parts 1 and 2. Mam gave one million baht, but Yong took 200,000 baht already. It's with Pol, 800,000 baht split already. Also with Son and Chat Chai, you know them? Sak settled it. Yong got 200,000, Sak 200,000, Son 200,000, Pol 200,000 baht total two million."
Mam Jokmok, upon learning of this, recorded a response clip addressing Chusi Chenyim, saying
"About the one million baht copyright fee, P'See, if you don't know, please don't speak. The one million baht for Yaem Yasothon copyright—now Yong has become Yaem’s manager, but Pol is Yong's manager. I don't know if that one million reached Yaem or not. I don't know what deductions were made."
"P'See, you don't understand anything. If you really don't know, don't talk. I gave one million baht for Yaem Yasothon copyright, paid through Yong. I have all the evidence. This matter is 20-21 years old. If I didn't pay, I would be damaged."
"As soon as the movie aired, I paid Yong to divide to Yaem. Pol held the money and negotiated with Yong. At that time, Yong was Yaem’s manager, Pol was Yong’s manager. I paid every single baht without any dispute. If P'See doesn’t know, don’t speak or act like you know, Chusi Chenyim."
Recently, Jackarin from Thairath Entertainment contacted Mam Jokmok to ask if this was true or just a joke. Mam Jokmok's manager said it was just playful teasing of “P'Yaem” because “P'Yaem” often asks fellow comedians for money. In conclusion, there is no real conflict with P'See; they remain close and in contact as usual.
