WENDY fulfilled the lives and breaths of everyone with the power of music at her first solo concert in Thailand, ‘2025 WENDY 1st WORLD TOUR IN BANGKOK’, held on Sunday, 14 December 2025 at 17:00 at True Icon Hall, 7th floor, Iconsiam. Organizer SM True enhanced the experience with a stage shaped like the letter W, reflecting the concert’s main concept inspired by blending the words ‘WENDY’ and ‘We alive’, symbolizing the desire to live and breathe alongside her fans, ReVeluv (official fan club name), through music. The concert setlist conveyed WENDY’s growth journey, gradually expanding from her own beginnings toward full potential development.
Accompanied by a live band presenting her solo songs in both live performance and newly arranged versions, allowing the audience to deeply experience the emotions and artistic spirit. When the hall’s lights went completely dark, WENDY’s presence shone with her pure vocal power in the a cappella song ‘Fireproof’, delivering messages of “courage” and “comfort” through grand alternative rock sounds.
She then confidently took the stage as the show’s star with songs like ‘Hate²’ and ‘Queen Of The Party’, followed by a burst of brightness with tracks showcasing her vocal range such as ‘Why’.
‘Can't You Love Me?’, ‘Best Ever’, and ‘Chapter You’ invited the audience to enjoy, then the mood shifted into an R&B pop ballad vibe with ‘His Car Isn't Yours’, ‘Better Judgement’, and ‘Vermilion’, captivating listeners with feelings of pain, vulnerability during growth, and warm new hope like the glow of a sunset. The set included the title track from her first mini-album ‘Like Water’, which soothed fans’ hearts like a flowing stream.
The concert also featured songs that ease weary souls with healing vocals such as ‘When This Rain Stops’ and ‘Believe’, sending encouragement and renewing confidence. Amidst overwhelming applause, she added upbeat energy with the title track from her second mini-album ‘Wish You Hell’, showcasing confidence, and the title song ‘Sunkiss’ from her third mini-album ‘Cerulean Verge’, bursting with both soft and strong vocal power. She also performed a medley of drama soundtrack songs and the much-anticipated ‘Light Me Up’ (La Rouge Ver.).
For the concert’s final segment, WENDY chose meaningful songs like ‘Best Friend’ to express gratitude to ReVeluv for their steadfast support, promising an unchanging friendship, and ‘초행길 (The Road)’,
a song that evokes memories, closing with ‘EXISTENTIAL CRISIS’, releasing freedom and fun in a memorable farewell. During the show, WENDY thoughtfully wove the songs together with VCR segments that invited everyone into her world via her role as a radio DJ, interviews, and interactions with fans, where she shared her feelings preparing for the concert and explained the meaning behind each song. Meanwhile, Thai ReVeluv surprised her with a fan project showing their love, turning the hall into a sea of blue with glow bracelets during ‘Like Water’, continuing through ‘Sunkiss’ and singing ‘Chapter You’ during the encore. They held up slogans reading, “We will listen to her songs until she no longer sings,” and formed a light box display.
Over more than two hours and 21 songs, WENDY demonstrated her abilities as a solo artist radiating with her unique colors. Every note connected WENDY and ReVeluv as if they truly lived and breathed together through music, creating a precious memory that will remain in everyone’s hearts forever.
