Regarding the rumors about a leaked clip of Emmie BNK48, also known as Emmie Ornicha Promsupa, Emmie has publicly denied the rumors, stating that it is not her and asking people not to believe easily.
“To the many who followed me because of that reason, please don't become victims of call center scams. Don’t believe everything easily. To those who are responsible, I don’t want to take legal action, so let’s just not get involved. But if it happens again, I will proceed with legal measures.”
On the other hand, Popper BNK48, or Popper Pinyada Jungkanjana, the group's manager has addressed the issue, stating that the matter is currently undergoing legal processes and that they will take legal action against those who made accusations and caused reputational damage.
“Hello, I am Popper Pinyada Jungkanjana, the manager (shihainin) of BNK48.
Regarding the incident, the company has been informed and is taking it seriously. We have been in close communication and care for the affected member since learning about the issue. We prioritize the safety and mental health of our members.
Currently, the matter is ‘undergoing legal procedures.’ The company has a firm stance to take the strongest legal action against those who harass and defame members causing damage, as well as against those who make false and damaging accusations against the company.
