The family remains in deep sorrow over the passing of Mae Mukda Boonthong the wife of Nueng Nuk Kid Boonthong a veteran actor and also the mother of Kunjae Sol Pantothong a former famous leading actress. She had been battling stage 4 colorectal cancer that spread to her liver and lungs for over nine years.
Tonight (10 Mar 2026 GMT+7) was the final night of the funeral chant held at Sala 1, Wat Sammachanyawat. The atmosphere was filled with grief from the husband and children, especially Nueng Nuk Kid, who is still mourning the loss of his wife. Many close friends and acquaintances attended to express their condolences.
Meanwhile, Kunjae Sol has not yet attended her mother's ceremony. It remains to be seen whether she will be present at the cremation of Mae Mukda.
