CD Kanthit Reaffirms Amicable Split with Nara, No Third Party Involved, Mental State Fully Stable

After the actress Nara Thepnupa opened up about ending her relationship with the singer CD Kanthit Pitithan and following various dramas about their status that sparked public debate, CD recently attended the “THE GUITAR MAG AWARDS 2026” at ONE BANGKOK FORUM, where we asked him about this matter.

How is your mental state right now?

“I’m fine. Everything is okay. If you ask me to rate it, I’m at 100 percent.”

Are you back to your old self, CD?

“The same person.”

Would you say you’ve moved on?

“Yes, I’m moving on. Moving forward step by step.”

What lessons have you learned?

“Quite a lot. When you reach 20, you experience a different kind of lesson. As you grow up and go through love, you realize there are many good things. For me, this is a lesson to cherish the good feelings and try to improve every day, striving to be a better person.”

Did you and Nara part on good terms?

“I didn’t have anyone else, I didn’t cheat or lie to her, nor did I get bored or anything bad happen. But if one day you feel something every day and still have to endure it, you want to be able to talk openly with her. We’ve known each other for 4–5 years. I wanted to give my best every day, but if there’s something we can’t fix or adjust, I wanted to tell her directly.”

Regarding the status issue?

“About the status, I think I was very clear. When she first spoke, she might have said we weren’t dating or something, but in Nara’s meaning, she never said it openly or faced a lot of media like this. But in our hearts, we already knew what we meant to each other.”

After the controversy, did you talk again?

“Yes, I messaged her as soon as I saw the interview, asking why she didn’t call to discuss it first. But I’m not angry or upset. I understand everything. Sometimes when you’re interviewed in a big event with lots of people and energy, it’s hard to give complete information. I understand that.”

So now you’re good friends?

“Definitely. We still message each other. I still want to talk and check on her well-being, but I understand she may need some time.”},{
