- Surachai Sombatcharoen, nicknamed Add, was born on 25 August 1956 in Suphanburi Province. He is currently 69 years old.
- He is the second son of Supon Sombatcharoen and Mrs. Sreenual Sombatcharoen.
- Surachai entered the entertainment industry in 1975, introduced to luk thung singing by his mother, Sreenual Sombatcharoen, and trained by teacher Chaiporn Muangsupan and songwriter Chatree Srichon, who helped him succeed.
- He has released several albums, acted in dramas, and hosted radio programs. More recently, he has appeared in television dramas and films, often playing the hero or heroine’s father or a villain.
