At this moment, fans must send lots of support to the famous Mor Lam band "Siang Isan" which was cheated out of 300,000 baht in payment after being hired to perform at the annual temple event in Aranyaprathet district, Sa Kaeo province, on 12 March 2026. The temple hosting the event was also a victim of the scam.

On Facebook, Pang Natthida the manager of Siang Isan, who is the great-grandchild of Noknoi Uraiporn, posted about the incident: "For the event on 12 March 2026 at Wat Anubunpot in Aranyaprathet, Sa Kaeo, the band has not yet been fully paid. We are pursuing the payment to the fullest extent. Today, Mae May tried to collect the money all day, but the organizer drove away and stopped answering calls."

The band took the job properly, with a deposit and a contract (otherwise, they would not have traveled to perform). The hirer claimed to be a temple committee member who hired them for the annual merit-making event with charity tickets. The band completed the performance but did not receive the agreed payment, so they asked the temple about it since it was an annual merit event.

In the end, the temple claimed to be a victim of the same organizer as well... It is believed to be a scam network. If you want this issue resolved, please pay in full promptly. If not, and you want to cause trouble, we will take action!"

She later posted photos of fans showing encouragement and added, "No matter how hurt we are, we must keep working, leading the team, making a living, and creating our work... We will pursue legal action against the fraudsters. There are still many kind hosts who support us... Many thanks to Wat Tha Din Dam, Chai Badan district, Lopburi province, for your kindness to Siang Isan. The charity tickets numbered 120 - a large crowd, very lively and joyful.
