Many people and various regions remain worried about the escalating Middle East war situation, causing Thais to be concerned about preparing and stockpiling essential items. “Bum Panadda” opened up about the situation, saying the government should come forward to educate the public so they can prepare. Bum revealed that
she thinks the government should provide knowledge and warn citizens about the potential impacts—numbered one, two, three—and advise on what to do, emphasizing awareness rather than panic. She believes there will be impacts directly or indirectly, such as rising oil prices, increased costs of goods, and higher transportation fees.
The government should explain that if the situation drags on to this point, how we must prepare. Because if it lasts longer and oil rigs cannot be restored within two to three days, what preparations are needed? Also, how should professions like riders, taxi drivers, and transport service providers survive this? Or what measures should be in place for the private sector to tighten belts, rather than merely asking for cooperation?
