with Ee Tankun Jitisara president of the Peace Democracy Club, leading a group claiming to be victims who held a press conference about this case, alleging that the singer deceived people into investing in cryptocurrency causing losses over 1.386 billion baht, with more than 1,000 victims, and even guaranteeing returns as high as 500 times.
Recently, Ackmee Worawat responded on social media about the issue, posting: “Before losing 1.386 billion, shouldn’t you evaluate yourselves first to see if you’re even capable of making me scam you?!? Returns 500 times?!? Come on. #ThereIsOnlyOneTruth”
He then posted a lengthy statement following the drama, with the content as follows:

This is not the first time something like this has happened to me in the past 15 years, and I know it won’t be the last. And I have won every time with the “truth.”
Over the past several days, since 9 March 2026,
I have been accused through media and many people based on the mere words of those who “know nothing.”
They say the damage is more than 1.386 billion baht.
They say the returns are 500 times.
They say there are more than 1,000 victims.
Even I myself cannot find answers, yet many have already chosen to believe these claims.
Where did the damage figures come from? What exactly is the damage…?!?!?
Offering returns so high that even the least reasonable person wouldn’t believe—how do people choose to believe this…?!?!?
Who exactly are these more than 1,000 victims? Where are they hiding from the sun…?!?!?
Many “stories” have been fabricated from “nothing even mixed with truth,” but I will slowly reveal them through facts supported by evidence only.
Today, I choose to do one important thing first: bring the matter to court and let the court decide. I have appointed lawyers to file a lawsuit against Mr. Tankun Jit... on charges of defamation and defamation by advertising under the Criminal Code, Sections 326 and 328. The Criminal Court has accepted the complaint for consideration.
