There was quite a stir when the young DJ and host PK Piyawat Khempech decided to undergo extensive facial plastic surgery at age 52, spending more than four hours in the operating room.
On TikTok, clips have been shared showing PK Piyawat before and after his facial surgery. This time, he had multiple procedures: endoscopic eyebrow lift, facial tightening, neck tightening, and facial fat suction. The doctor revealed that 8 cm of excess skin was removed from each side of his face, and the day after surgery, he experienced almost no pain.
He later shared some photos taken one day after surgery, showing his face still swollen and not fully settled. Fans are eagerly anticipating how youthful and handsome he will look once the swelling subsides.
