Surachai Sombatcharoen Swears Before Buddha Statues, Denies Headbutting Court as Rocky Surabodin Claims

Previously, Rocky Surabodin recounted the story during a court session when Surachai Sombatcharoen's father was very angry, running forward to headbutt the court bench and demanding to be released, also pushing his sister, Ding Kamonchanok, who fell down as well.

“The first thing I did when I saw my father that day was tell him to calm down. I said, ‘Dad, please calm down. Kie didn’t come to fight with you. Kie came to ask you to calm down. We don’t have to be here. We don’t need to be in court airing our grievances. Let’s go home, Dad. Calm down.’ That was all I said, I swear. But what happened was that my father ran and headbutted the court bench and shouted, ‘Let me go, let me go!’ I was confused about what was wrong with my father.”

Regarding this matter, recently, Surachai Sombatcharoen posted another video clip showing himself swearing before Buddha statues at a temple in the United States. He firmly stated that what Rocky said was untrue. He never headbutted the court bench. Rocky turned his face away and did not greet him. If what Rocky says is a lie, he asks nature to judge because it is slander against their parents. He said he himself is prospering, but if Rocky speaks truthfully, he wishes him prosperity.

“I, Surachai Sombatcharoen, before the sacred Buddha statues, declare the truth: Mr. Surabodin, upon appearing in court, turned his face away upon seeing me and entered the courtroom without greeting me at all.

He accused me inside the court area of headbutting the court bench. What he said is not true before the Buddha statues.

As for his claim that he told me to go home, saying ‘Dad, what’s wrong? Don’t stress. If there’s anything, let’s talk at home,’ that is his lie. He did not say that. He lied to social media and the press.

I ask the Buddha to be my witness. If he lies, may I have prosperity. But if he speaks truth, may he prosper. If he lies and slanders me through the media and social networks, may nature punish him for slandering our parents. This is my prayer before the sacred Buddha statues in the United States. Amen, amen, amen.”
