Krit Searches for Beloved Dancer Onn, Last Seen in Cambodia Suspected Victim of Scammer Gang

When "Krit," the younger brother of Kratae, came forward to reveal the story about "Onn," a missing dancer, before discovering the heartbreaking clue that Onn appeared in Cambodia amid suspicions of being deceived into illegal work.

Krit opened up, saying he stopped being angry at Onn, his trusted dancer, for disappearing and skipping dance practice because the truth he learned was so painful it left him nearly speechless.

The disappearance began after Onn asked permission to bring his girlfriend to stay at their home, then suddenly lost contact for three days. Krit secretly blamed Onn for being irresponsible before receiving a brief final message saying the phone was broken. Then Onn vanished from all chat groups immediately.

The truth became clear after contacting the 'Khun Bird Missing Persons' page, which revealed that Onn and his girlfriend were tricked by a recruitment gang. Those who were knowledgeable or good-looking were deceived into going to Bangkok or sent to Sa Kaeo to cross the border and become scammers.

In Onn's case, he was sent to a location known as the 'Hell Building' on the Poipet side. The situation was so desperate that Onn secretly called back to verify his identity: "Brother, this is really me, not an AI voice program tricking you." He expressed his frustration, saying he never intended to be foolish enough to be tricked, but it was truly beyond his control. Each call cost an extremely high fee of 2,000 baht per minute. Krit tried to find ways to send money to help but was unsure if the funds would reach Onn.

Regarding assistance, it is now known that Onn has been released from the scammer gang but must remain in quarantine and undergo legal proceedings under both Cambodian and Thai law, with Surin provincial police coordinating efforts to repatriate him. However,

Krit raised concerns about some news pages that were overly hungry for news, revealing the detention building's location and posting victims' ID card photos on social media. This alerted the scammers, who then moved people, destroyed evidence, putting over 1,000 Thais there in greater danger and making rescue efforts more difficult.
