The passing of Neng Mengjai continues to bring sorrow to his comedian friends, especially his wife, Ice Thalachanun, who unexpectedly lost her husband.
Yesterday (22 Mar 2026 GMT+7), after the funeral chanting ceremony, a memorial concert for Neng Mengjai was held, featuring comedian friends from the show "Kom Ma De Krab," including Ball Chernyim, Jazz Chuanchuen, Nui Chernyim, and Tuk Boriboon performing on stage, along with Thong Chachacha and Teng Terderng.
During parts of the show, Teng spoke about Neng Mengjai and recalled when Teng had to stay at Ball Chernyim's house, and Neng took great care of him, finding water and preparing three meals a day.
Teng said, "Neng Mengjai truly is someone who has been a great help to me."
Thong responded, "What’s the story? Is it a long one? If so, let’s talk on the phone later because they have many performers waiting here."
Teng said, "One day I couldn’t walk. There’s no news about it, but this is true. It happened at Nong Ball’s house—I couldn’t walk."
Thong asked, "Not being able to walk means you had family problems and went to stay at Ball’s house, right? You have to tell the story correctly. Otherwise, I object. You must explain why you stayed at Ball’s place for 2-3 months."
, Teng replied, "For reasons I don’t know, I couldn’t walk, but Neng Mengjai took care of me—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—all at Nong Ball’s house. Ball can confirm this."
Thong said, "Teng couldn’t walk because he hurt his leg from jumping off the second floor. Then he stayed at my house for two months and cut down all my Marian plum trees. He stayed at Ball’s house for some unknown reason, couldn’t walk, and became a burden to P’Neng."
