Recently Note Chakariya Samutkiri the former personal manager of many famous celebrities, posted a message on Instagram to announce his victory in a false accusation case. Note revealed on Instagram that

Today, after a long battle for truth in the case we filed—a "false accusation" case where we were accused of fraud and embezzlement—justice has prevailed. “We have won.” We proved our innocence until the court ruled in our favor, removing the allegations of fraud. Thank you to the justice system for upholding fairness in society, and to those who fight for their freedom, not allowing loopholes for others to misuse the law to harass or harm.

The verdict sentenced the individual who filed the false complaint to “1 year imprisonment without suspension.”
