Today (23 Mar), reporters update on the case where the Supreme Prosecutor issued a decisive order to indict. Boss Sam Yuranan Phamonmontri and Boss Min Peachaya Wattanamontri. The two suspects are charged with jointly committing public fraud, jointly and dishonestly or deceitfully introducing data into a computer system, jointly borrowing money through fraudulent means, jointly operating a direct sales business and a network marketing business by recruiting individuals into a network for business operations, and jointly conducting direct sales without a license in the Dicon Group case in April 2025.
Recent reports state that following the Supreme Prosecutor's indictment order, the case was sent to the Special Case Prosecutor's Office to draft the indictment and summon the two suspects to file charges in court per the Supreme Prosecutor's directive.
It is reported that Special Case Prosecutor 1, responsible for the Dicon case, has issued summons for both suspects to meet prosecutors and submit the indictment to the criminal court on the morning of 26 Mar 2026.
This appointment marks the first hearing after the Supreme Prosecutor’s indictment. It remains to be seen whether both suspects will appear to report to the prosecutors on that day.
According to procedure, if both suspects report, the prosecutor will notify them of the Supreme Prosecutor's indictment order, which has already been drafted, and will present the suspects to the criminal court that same day unless legal reasons prevent immediate prosecution.
If indicted, both suspects must file a bail request with the court, which will decide whether to grant it. So far, previous defendants charged have not been granted bail.
