Film Rattapoom Reveals Helping Baiteoy During Tough Times, Forgives DJ Man but Awaits Apology

After being absent from the media for quite some time, the singer and actor Film Rattapoom Tokongsap recently attended the premiere of the film “E Lae Aree Korea Oppa” at the Infinity Zone, Paragon Cineplex, 5th floor. He took the opportunity to update on his recent encounter with Baiteoy R Siam, stating they have never had any problems and that he once helped her during difficult times when she didn’t even have money to pay their daughter's tuition. He also updated on his legal cases, saying that he currently has no cases against him, but all the lawsuits he filed were legitimate and he acknowledged all allegations. Regarding the case with

DJ Man Patanapol, Baiteoy’s ex-husband, Film said he forgives him because of Baiteoy, who said DJ Man would apologize publicly, but he has yet to do so. Have you met Baiteoy recently?

“Actually, I see Baiteoy regularly. But as I said, it’s mostly misunderstandings. Her past made things bigger than they were. I told Baiteoy that if I got a chance today, I would tell everyone that really, there’s nothing between us, and I’m not involved in her past. But it seems she believed others who stirred things up and made people misunderstand me. That’s all.”

Update on your legal cases?

“As I said, I have always shown my innocence from the start. I followed all procedures and went through every process. Today, as everyone can see, I’m not guilty of anything, and I have no cases against me. It was just a group of people inciting trouble, which damaged my reputation and led society to misunderstand me, thinking I was the person they fabricated.

In reality, I’ve proven myself over nearly two years, letting the media and authorities investigate everything. Today, I’m still the same Film, just someone trying to earn a living, but certain media outlets judged me harshly for almost two years, which was very painful. But I don’t hold grudges.”

How did you prove your innocence over the past two years?

“I went to every relevant agency because the stir caused a huge public outcry. I underwent all the investigations. Afterward, all the officials were shocked.

I want to say we’re lucky our country has a very sacred justice system that thoroughly examines everything. I want to advise anyone in a similar situation to use my case as an example: don’t publicly insult or accuse anyone, or you risk becoming a tool for fraudsters.

If you insult someone, they might claim defamation against you, preventing you from pursuing your own cases because they will counterattack with lawsuits. Use my case as a lesson: don’t insult or accuse anyone; instead, rely on our justice system to protect yourself.”

“I’ve gone through all life’s tests and made it through. I’m still standing here today. For those who defamed me and even insulted my parents, I took legal action against them all. Many have come to apologize sincerely and publicly, and I have forgiven them.”

Are all your cases now closed?

“I must say I never had any cases. It was just media fabrications labeling me as someone I’m not. For two years, I wasn’t charged with anything, only called in for questioning and investigation. I was almost a social outcast for nearly two years, losing many opportunities.

But I never stopped fighting because I knew there were people who loved and believed in me, and I didn’t do what they accused me of. I declared everything openly, and officials started investigating those who spread rumors instead, trying to find out why they did it.”

What about the lawsuits you filed?

“All the lawsuits I filed are valid, and I acknowledged the allegations. Mainly, I sued the main instigators behind the troublemakers. They’re all facing cases with me now. We’re waiting for the next legal steps. I’ve been accused too much.

There are two major organizations involved. I’ve sued them, and the courts have accepted the cases. Have I met them? No, probably only in court. Will they settle? Probably not. The next court date is scheduled for May, two months from now, though it might be postponed.”

How many people have you sued?

“I sued several people, but I’ve forgiven some, like DJ Man. I told him to show some gentlemanly behavior and do something for me. He said he would apologize publicly, but he still hasn’t.”

You said you forgave him?

“Yes, because he said he would apologize publicly since the mediation. But he still hasn’t apologized to me. I haven’t pursued legal action against him because I’ve helped his family a lot.

As I said, I didn’t sue him because of Baiteoy. She had just come out and was struggling, not even having money to pay her child's tuition. I gave her my car, sold it, and used the money to pay for the child’s education. But then her past came out and she spoke against me to believe only two people who stirred trouble, causing her family to fall apart.

No one knows this, and I don’t usually talk about others’ matters. But now that it’s over, I’m explaining why it ended. I’m still waiting for him to apologize, but he hasn’t. The two cases going to court involve different individuals.”

What would you like to say to those who have misunderstood you all along?

“Honestly, for those who misunderstood me, I don’t know if they will open their hearts to me or still misunderstand me. But today, I want to tell everyone I’ve proven myself through all processes. I’m still the same Film, standing on the right path, never intending to harm or cheat anyone.

So if you misunderstood me before, I hope you can open your hearts and accept me again, because I have forgiven everyone and never spoke ill of anyone in all my cases. I’m the same person who never insults or talks about anyone unnecessarily. Please open your hearts and accept me once more.”
