Nont Tanont has fully entered his 30s, having just celebrated his 30th birthday. He opened up, saying that although the number has changed, his mindset remains the same, sharing his perspective on growing older without feeling old.
Nont revealed that about 20 days into his 30s, he hasn't felt the major changes many warned about. "I thought turning 30 would make me feel older or wiser, but I still feel like I'm 20. There are things I know and don't know, and sometimes I still make mistakes or get confused. Regarding health concerns like back pain with age, I want to make it clear that" "I haven't woken up with back pain yet. Not at all."
While peers his age might start complaining about tiredness, Nont sees self-care as part of his job. Since his body is his work tool—through concert tours and performances—taking care of it is natural. He said he doesn't experience fatigue like others and admitted he's now focusing on anti-aging and watching his diet more carefully to reduce inflammation.
A charming recent moment is that younger artists in the industry now often address him as "older brother." Some are only a year younger but politely act like juniors (he laughed). He appreciates their respect for his long career, which he finds sweet, but he personally doesn't feel he deserves such reverence since he doesn't see himself as much older than them.

When asked about his expectations at this age, Nont said that turning 30 often brings unrealistic societal expectations, but for him, the only goal is to make this concert album the best it can be. "I don't expect to be a certain kind of person; I just try to be good every day, the best version of myself," he said.
He said the thing he wants most right now is "quiet and days off." To reset his vocal cords and body in preparation for a major concert where he must sing 20-30 difficult songs back-to-back. "On my days off, I barely talk to anyone, only responding to my mom with 'uh-huh' because I need to preserve my voice and physical condition as much as possible."
