The final night has been held for the funeral chanting ceremony of Nen Mengjai. Tonight marked the sixth and final night, and Mum Jokmok served as the host of the event, which took place at Wat Klang, Khlong 4, Pathum Thani Province.
Mum said that previously he had a commitment in Vientiane and could not return in time, so he told Ball Chernyim that he wanted to attend Nen Mengjai's funeral and would take responsibility for organizing the remaining three nights of the funeral with the comedy association.
The atmosphere at the event remained filled with sorrow. Ice, Nen's wife, wore a white mourning outfit. Upon seeing Mum and Mod Endu, whom she regards as father and mother figures, she broke down in tears. Mod Endu comforted Ice with a hug.
Tonight, many friends from the comedy industry gathered to pay their final respects to Nen Mengjai, including Mum Jokmok, Mod Endu, Ped Chernyim, the cast of the comedy group Yuen Scorpion, Jim Chuan Chuen, Bee Switch, Joey Kana, Tee Doksadao, Jakkabum Chernyim, Na Yong Chernyim, Na Phuang Chernyim, Na Nong Chernyim, Gift Khokkhun, Jare Chernyim, Hack Chuan Chuen, and Nai The Comedian, among others.
Tonight marked the final night of Nen Mengjai's funeral chanting ceremony before the cremation ceremony scheduled for tomorrow (25 Mar) at 17:00.
