Keng Tachaya Launches Exclusive Faith-Based Tour in Yangon: Myanmar Still Safe for Travel

Tourism in Yangon remains endlessly charming, especially for those interested in faith-based travel. Recently, Boom Kulchalee Prechayadikul, executive of Best International, led a faith-focused group along with famous artist Tachaya Pratumwan, known as Keng Tachaya, offering a deeply immersive spiritual trip that reinforces Myanmar as a safe and appealing travel destination.

The journey began at Yele Paya Pagoda, also called the Water Pagoda, a sacred site reached by boat that marks an extraordinary start to the path of faith. The tour then proceeded to Jey Kaung Pagoda and continued to Botataung Pagoda, a powerful spiritual hub renowned for the Thit Taw Gyi and the Whispering Lady, famous for granting wishes instantly.

The finale featured the world-famous Shwedagon Pagoda, stunningly magnificent with an atmosphere of faith palpable from the very first step.

A special highlight of this trip was the full pilgrimage to the 5 Thit Taw Gyi (Bobojee) sites, covering all the key locations: Jey Kalao Bobojee, Jey Kaung Bobojee, Botataung Bobojee, Shwedagon Bobojee, and Sule Bobojee.

Another essential stop for devotees is Jey Kalao Pagoda, which houses the Bobojee and also the statue of Queen Suphankanlaya. This year marks the 400th anniversary, adding to the site's spiritual significance and deepening the faith of visitors.

Keng Tachaya expressed with evident admiration that his decision to join this trip was not just professional but also personal. “I have long wanted to experience the power of faith in Myanmar and chose Best International because they offer truly exclusive trips. It’s not just about paying respects; there are stories, ceremonies, and a deeper understanding at each spot, which makes the experience more immersive and sacred.”

He added with enthusiasm that some places gave him goosebumps as he could genuinely feel a certain power. “It’s not just belief; it’s a power that you can really sense. Visiting all these spots feels like recharging your own spirit.”

Meanwhile, Boom Kulchalee emphasized that travel to Myanmar is currently still possible, especially on main routes like Yangon, where appropriate safety measures are in place. “We design routes that are both safe and fully experiential. We want Thai people to open their minds because Myanmar offers rich culture, faith, and many fascinating stories to explore.”

This trip is therefore not just an ordinary journey but an opening of a spiritual world that is fun, exciting, and full of meaning. For those devoted to faith-based travel, Myanmar is a destination to experience personally at least once, so you can truly understand the powerful force of faith.
