Kungploy Responds to Sornram: Evidence Needed to Prove Who Is Unfit to Be a Mother, Breaks Down in Tears While Preparing to Take Paid Meals

The drama continues unresolved and is escalating significantly in the case of Kungploy Kanittharin Patcharapakdi Choti the ex-wife of Sornram Theppitak who has been involved in an ongoing heated dispute that even extended to Boom Panadda after Boom offered well-meaning advice but was met with a fierce rebuttal from Kungploy.

On TikTok, Kungploy continues livestreaming sales, sometimes breaking into tears after deciding to sell her own bags to raise money, saying, “I don’t have a basket (to collect money). This is an emergency sale.” (She holds up a bag and cries.) “Everyone, however much you want to give, I’m fighting. I will solve this problem. I’m working on the next problem I want to fix. This is me thinking it through. I’m working. Soon I will gather everything and return it all at once. I ask those who want to help. I really don’t know the price, but I have to sell.”

“Can I start at 3,000 baht per bag? I haven’t asked for help like this from everyone for many years. This might be the first time. At least I’ve never opened an account for people to help me. I’ve been working and supporting myself all along. But this time it’s really necessary. I’m not solving this by borrowing or taking loans. I’m solving it by selling my things.”> Watch the clip)

There’s also a clip where Kungploy picks up another bag during a livestream and says, “I’ll start at 5,000 baht as you suggested. I don’t care anymore. I need to fix this problem. I’m starting at 5,000 baht. I’m selling only to those who want to help.”> Watch the clip)

In another clip, Kungploy holds up a bag during a livestream and says she’s accepting paid meal invitations: “Anyone interested, message me. Two gray bags. Please help. I’m not ashamed. Please help me gather money. Yes, I’m not ashamed. I consider this fixing the problems. I’m slowly collecting money from all the work I get.

I’ve never accepted paid meal invitations before, but from now on I will. Someone has invited me to have a meal together, and I will accept. I will accept every such invitation, but I will have someone accompany me. I will do everything I can to raise money. I have no personal belongings left, no bags, nothing left.” (Her voice trembles, as if about to cry.)> Watch the clip)

On social media, clips are circulating where Kungploy says she will accept payment in gold, stating, “Anyone interested in hiring me, you can. I accept payment rates I can agree to, paid in gold.”

“Suppose I charge this much money, I accept rates equal to one salung, two salung, or one baht of gold. Is that good? Paid in gold. We need gold. Let’s see how I solve this. But right now I haven’t done anything wrong. Don’t say I’m fixing things because I haven’t done anything wrong or feel guilty. I’m not sure when I should repent, but if anyone wants to attack me again, block and ignore.”> Watch the clip)

Additionally, there’s a clip where Kungploy livestreams addressing posts questioning her suitability as a mother after Sornram once posted: “Thieves have fun, but those who get stolen from don’t. It’s okay if it’s mine, but for my child, should they be a mother? #HaveAWifeWhenReady #HaveAMotherWhenReady #Fake” She says, “Society wants me to be a good person. I’ve only made one mistake, and I’ve changed myself until now.

But some parts of society aren’t happy. They still want to drag me back to the past I changed long ago. What is this? Today someone has to drag me to that point—a place where someone who has always had good intentions for that person is treated unfairly. Is that fair? No, it’s not fair. If we have a friend we mean well for, but they never think well of us, many people have insulted me a lot.

Today I finally understand, finally get it. At first, I accepted and complied. I’ve been doing that for days, then I saw another post again. What post? Fake news. Sharing fake news is illegal. You have to be careful what you write. If it’s scammers, whoever has an issue with me, bring it out. Say I cheated someone I worked with. Post it. There’s nothing. I’m 100% sure there’s nothing. If there was, it would have come out long ago. That’s the scammer.”

“I am here with compassion. Don’t forget, check the law carefully. There are laws concerning mothers too. Whoever types that someone is or isn’t fit to be a mother must have evidence about which is which, or if they saw fake news and jumped to conclusions. Look at the law; there are many provisions. Can you survive?”

“It’s been almost seven years since I gambled. Share things correctly. Don’t share fake news. Fake news has destroyed reputations of innocent people. Social media has many fakes. Use it wisely and know the law.”
