After Kristine Gulsatri Misaralski an actress and model known for her roles in Kantana's first sapphic series Reverse 4 You, as "Four" in ดาวบริวาร The Series, and the film Pattaya Heat, posted on Instagram stating she was sexually assaulted by a rescue volunteer while awaiting hospital transfer. She added that she is gathering information and considering legal action.
Most recently, Kristine has gone to file a complaint at Khlong Tan Police Station, alleging sexual assault by a rescue volunteer during hospital transfer. She plans to provide additional evidence to the police, who are currently reviewing CCTV footage from a condo on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45 to support the case.
Initial checks revealed that on the day of the incident, two rescue volunteer teams entered the area: one from Bang Na and another local team. Police have viewed partial video footage and found that the victim was unconscious at the time and unresponsive.
Previously, the victim had already filed a report with investigators at Khlong Tan Police Station yesterday. Authorities are now collecting evidence and interviewing her.
At this stage, police have not summoned the accused rescue volunteer for questioning, awaiting results from the condo’s CCTV footage on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45, as well as reviewing evidence the victim plans to submit, to proceed with legal action accordingly.
