
Regarding the case of the actress Kristine Kulastree Misharalski who reported being sexually assaulted by a rescue worker. The perpetrator took advantage of the moment when the condo's security guard went downstairs to open the door for the police, assaulting her while she was lying in the condo waiting to go to the hospital. She was unable to get up or defend herself. Kristine later came to meet with investigators at Khlong Tan police station to hand over the sleepwear she wore on the day of the incident as evidence.
Recently, surveillance footage from a condominium on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45 dated 31 March was released. At 03:39 a.m., Nikorn, 34, the rescue worker in question, wearing a black T-shirt and black pants, arrived on a motorcycle and parked in front of the condo. He was on the phone for two minutes, then waited for over 10 minutes for the condo's property management staff before being escorted upstairs.
At 03:52 a.m., patrol police from Khlong Tan station arrived at the condo. By 04:00 a.m., Kristine's three friends arrived. At 04:05 a.m., Nikorn came downstairs carrying a chair for Kristine to rest on while observing the scene. Then, rescue volunteers from Ruamkatanyu Foundation took Kristine to the hospital.
CCTV footage from the condo's upper hallway shows that after Nikorn went upstairs, at 03:50 a.m., he carried Kristine out of her unit, then returned carrying her back inside. At 03:55 a.m., Nikorn came out to the front of the unit and scrolled on his phone after hearing footsteps approaching.
At 04:02 a.m., Kristine's three friends arrived at the unit. At 04:04 a.m., patrol police from Khlong Tan station carried Kristine out of the unit and downstairs.
