The case involving the actress Kristin Kulastree Misaralski The lead actress of a Yuri series and Thai-German model was sexually assaulted by a rescue volunteer at her residence while she was incapacitated. Kristin later went to Khlong Tan Police Station to present evidence, including the pajamas she wore on the day of the incident, to the authorities.
Regarding the incident, police examined footage from CCTV and found that the timeline matched Kristin's testimony, which stated:
- At approximately 03:30 on the early morning of 31 Mar 2026, Kristin suffered a severe allergic reaction and took two antihistamine tablets. However, she experienced serious side effects including difficulty breathing, chest tightness, drowsiness, and weakness, rendering her unable to move. Kristin called a friend living in a distant condo to request an ambulance. The friend promptly coordinated with rescue teams, police, and hospital staff to send urgent assistance.
- At 03:39, a man wearing a black T-shirt and black pants, identified as Mr. Nikorn who claimed to be a rescue volunteer, arrived on a motorcycle, parked in front of the condo, and stood talking on the phone for two minutes before waiting over 10 minutes for condo staff to escort him upstairs.
- At 03:50, Mr. Nikorn carried Kristin out of her room and then back inside again.
- At 03:52, patrol police from Khlong Tan Police Station arrived at the condo.
- At 03:55, Mr. Nikorn came out of the room and started scrolling on his phone after hearing footsteps approaching.
- At 04:00, three of Kristin's friends arrived at the condo.
- At 04:04, Khlong Tan patrol police carried Kristin from the room down to the condo lobby.
- At 04:05, the man in black came down, brought a chair for Kristin to rest on, stood observing, and then rescue volunteers from Ruamkatanyu Foundation took Kristin to the hospital.
/Investigations revealed the perpetrator was actually a former rescue volunteer from another province, not an official in Bangkok. He had infiltrated the emergency notification group chat to find opportunities to commit offenses.
Kristin summarized the events involving Mr. Nikorn to the media as follows:
- Kristin called a friend living in a distant condo to request an ambulance. The friend coordinated with rescue teams, police, and hospital staff to provide urgent assistance.

- Condo staff suggested carrying Kristin downstairs to wait for the ambulance to speed things up, but the rescue volunteer opposed this and insisted on carrying her back to lie down in the room.
- When police arrived, condo staff had to go downstairs to scan their faces to open the building door, leaving the volunteer alone with Kristin.
- Kristin stated that within less than five minutes, while she was groggy but still aware, the volunteer sexually assaulted her by removing her shirt and pants, touching her body, and using his phone to take close-up photos of her genital area. She was too weak to resist or call for help.
- Kristin confirmed she wore modest pajamas—a T-shirt and long pants—but was dressed comfortably without a bra as she was about to sleep. She admitted she was very shocked and wondered if she could fight back if she woke up, concluding she probably could not. She pretended to be asleep but tried to stay alert and kept her eyes slightly open.
- Fortunately, condo staff did not close the room door. When police were brought upstairs, the sound of the elevator prompted a police officer to call out, and Kristin told them that the volunteer had quickly undressed her and that she was unconscious. They then covered her with a cloth. Kristin remembered everything because she was still conscious.
