Friends in the comedy circle were shocked to learn that the bones of Neng Mengjai are still at the temple, even though the cremation was completed on 25 Mar 2026 GMT+7.
This led Pa Chu Wat Sawet, a senior friend of Neng Mengjai and Ball Chernyim, to go live streaming with intense emotion, saying that Ball Chernyim and Yuri have already gone to the temple. In the live stream, Pa Chu fiercely criticized, saying:
"To be honest, whether it's our father or mother, once the cremation is done, the next morning we must collect the ashes. The first thing to do is buy an urn, flowers, everything—perfume water, and a good-quality urn. When you take out the ashes, you choose which parts to keep for worship and place them in the urn, sprinkle perfume water and jasmine flowers, then seal the lid. This urn is for worship. The remaining bones are wrapped in white cloth, sprinkled with flowers and perfume water. Once the ceremony is complete, all the ashes are placed in a large urn."
"But what happened was they left Neng's bones at the temple. They said the father had to return to the province and didn’t dare to take Neng’s ashes home because of fear. Yet they keep Neng’s photo at the head of the bed, longing for him, but don’t bring his ashes home and leave them at the temple. What kind of heart is that? Ball and Yuri are at the temple now. If I were nearby, I'd drive there and go live right away. This is outrageous. They took money home but left the bones at the temple."
"Just say you can't take care of them. I have plenty of siblings who can take care. You said you loved him so much, cried for seven days, but then left the ashes at the temple. So was my brother a wanderer? He called me, and my eyes welled up with tears—beyond words. People have siblings; if you can’t do it, then return them."
"What should be done is to scatter Neng’s ashes at the river, keep some at home, and after 100 days hold a merit-making ceremony. Not just leave them like this. If you can’t take care, just tell me. Everyone is crying now. I can endure a lot, but how could you leave my brother's ashes at the temple like this? Damn it. Knowing this broke my heart."
"If I get sued, then so be it. If I go to jail, whoever wants to visit can come, whoever doesn’t, don’t. Let them sue me. They left my brother’s ashes at the temple. If I go to jail, I’ll accept it."
