Peach Pachara Takes Action Against Scammers Falsely Using Brand to Defraud Investors of Millions

The issue became so urgent that the brand owner had to step in quickly to handle it! Peach Pachara filed a police complaint after a group of scammers used the name and image of his new product brand, MAW, to defraud the public, resulting in many victims and losses totaling over one million baht.

Peach revealed that his brand had only launched for one month when the scammers began creating fake pages, using the brand’s images and his personal photos to gain trust. They lured victims into Line Open Chat groups by claiming to offer product samples, but then shifted tactics to invite victims to invest in a business.

The scam is clearly organized. Investigations found that the scammers operate as a group, with multiple fake profiles and admins coordinating the scheme. Despite Peach's team efforts to shut down the fake pages, the scammers persistently create new ones. Currently, over 100 victims have been identified, with preliminary damages reaching over one million baht.

Peach shared his feelings, saying, “Personally, I feel bad because we worked hard to build our reputation, but in the end, it was misused in a negative way. Most importantly, I feel sorry for the victims who trusted our image, only to be deceived by something that never existed.”

Peach also warned the public to carefully verify information before transferring money and not to be misled by overly enticing offers. He confirmed that he has taken full legal action to prevent others from becoming victims.
