Bellas Manager Reveals Behind-the-Scenes of Channel 3s Action Mistake During Hydraulic Lift Incident and Why Trouble Arises Whenever Shes Absent

Previously, at the Channel 3 ball event, there was a performance of the song "Golden" sung by Yaya Urassaya, Kimberly, and Bella Ranee. However, during the performance, a technical error occurred on stage. Just as Bella and Kimberly were about to step onto the stage, the hydraulic lift rose prematurely before they reached it. The two ladies nearly lost their balance but fortunately managed to stay composed and climbed up, despite wearing high heels.

This startled the fans immediately, as a misstep could have caused an accident. Channel 3 issued a statement apologizing for the error, explaining that after investigation, it was a technical malfunction causing the lift to move out of sequence. They expressed regret to those affected by the incident.

Afterward, Ploy, Bella Ranee's personal manager, posted a video addressing the issue and concluded by questioning why trouble always arises whenever they are absent.

"Regarding the mistimed hydraulic lift during Channel 3's ball performance where Bella had to climb the lift during the finale of the song 'Golden', many people have been concerned about how Channel 3 handled the situation. First, I want to thank everyone for their concern for Bella's safety and the overwhelming supportive comments praising Bella's spirit that the show must go on, and that she had to finish this performance no matter what. As Bella's representative, I sincerely thank everyone at this opportunity."

What everyone is interested in is how the channel responded to this incident. Firstly, on the day of the event, I was traveling abroad and was not present, but I checked with my team. After the incident, the event organizers personally apologized to Bella and checked on her safety.

Yesterday, Khun Dew Maleenont, a Channel 3 executive, personally called me to apologize for the incident and promised to take better care of the artists' safety to prevent such events from happening again. Khun Dew also contacted Bella directly to offer a personal apology.

Recently, Channel 3 released an official letter apologizing to all performers of the song 'Golden'—Bella, Yaya, and Kimberly. The statement named all three artists, apologized for the incident, and assured the public that they will improve the care and safety of their performers.

Ploy updated that there were personal apologies behind the scenes on the day of the event to ensure everyone understood Bella's mental state. Ploy thanked everyone again and reflected on why trouble seems to arise every time they are not present."
