After Mr. Pradit Mahathai the father of the female luk thung singer Ja Nongpanee Mahathai passed away peacefully following a severe motorcycle accident that led to critical injuries and ICU treatment at the hospital.
After multiple surgeries resulting in brain death, his condition deteriorated and he eventually passed away. The family held the funeral ceremony at house number 83, Sa Wang Ha Subdistrict, Sa Wang Ha District, Ang Thong Province, starting from 12 Apr 2026 GMT+7.
Most recently, on 13 Apr 2026 GMT+7, Ja Nongpanee's family held the second night of funeral chanting. The atmosphere remained deeply sorrowful, with many family members, relatives, close friends, and elders attending.
Several entertainment industry figures also joined the ceremony to express condolences and support for Ja Nongpanee and her family, including Dai Diana, Som Cheng Samcha, A. Pen Nueng, Nu Lek Blueberry, and Tanya RSiam. Meanwhile, Big Achirapong, her boyfriend, continued to care for and support Ja Nongpanee closely.
