The passing of Pradit Mahathai the father of Ja Nongpanee the famous female singer, has deeply saddened the family. The family held a chanting ceremony at house number 83, Sa Wang Ha Subdistrict, Sa Wang Ha District, Ang Thong Province, starting on 12 April 2026 GMT+7. Today (14 April 2026 GMT+7) marks the final night of the ceremony.
The cremation ceremony is scheduled for tomorrow (15 April 2026 GMT+7) at Ban Phet Temple, Sa Wang Ha District, Ang Thong Province.
The atmosphere at the final night of the chanting ceremony was filled with flower wreaths and fan wreaths sent by fans and close friends from both inside and outside the entertainment industry. These were offered to express condolences for Pradit Mahathai and to support the family in large numbers.
Ja said, “Thank you to everyone who loves my family and for all the support you've given. Working every day is never tiring. Every time I go on stage, I pray for my father. Today, Big’s parents also attended the ceremony. They quickly went to buy a necktie for their son. I ask that there be no drama. We intend to scatter my father’s ashes at Ku Temple because he liked to make merit there.”
