Young man Boy Pisanu Boy Pisanu showed extreme excitement after deciding to undergo a vasectomy. He posted a clip while waiting to enter the operating room, saying in the video that
he is currently very happy with having only one daughter and wants to move past past events to start a new life focusing mainly on his daughter. His reason for choosing a vasectomy is his concern about his daughter Freya’s feelings in the future. If circumstances change and there is another child, he fears Freya might feel neglected or not fully loved. Therefore, he chose to eliminate this problem by having a vasectomy to confirm that Freya will always be his one and only child and remain the center of his heart.
Many followers praised Boy Pisanu’s dedication as a father. Meanwhile, his close friend DJ Ton Horm commented, "If you do it, what if Freya tells you she wants a sibling? You should ask your daughter first." This caught Boy completely off guard, and he replied, "Oh no, now I’m thinking about it."
