Mint and Bom Thank Fans for Remembering Cubic After 12 Years, Still Cherishing the Legendary Onscreen Couple

Let's take a trip down memory lane for those who once followed the works of Mint Chalida and Bom Thanin as an onscreen couple who made fans across the nation swoon, starring in the hit drama "Cubic: The Debt of the Heart Not Incurred." Although the show aired nearly 12 years ago, the fans' nostalgia remains strong, with many still eager to see the duo reunite on screen.

Recently, Mint Chalida posted a short TikTok clip showing her practicing tennis with Bom Thanin. Despite its brevity, the video went viral instantly, sparking a flood of fan comments filled with longing and numerous mentions of "Cubic," amassing over 700,000 views.

Later, when the pair reunited, they were asked about the fans' enduring affection. Both Mint and Bom shared how touched they were that, even after a decade, people still remember and talk about their work together.

Regarding the chance to work together again, they said, "It depends on the opportunity" and the right timing. They also admitted that if anyone wants to meet them in person, the best chance would be at the "tennis court."

Fans still talk about the drama they starred in together.

Bom: When I go out, fans often approach me. Even on the skytrain, people ask to take photos.

It feels like a special moment; there are many fans from that show.

Mint: So many. Even now, during live streams or whatever I do, fans ask when there will be a season two.

So I tell them it's better to ask the producer (laughs).

Bom: I tell them not to ask me (laughs).

Mint: I'm happy.

Will you act together again?

Mint: Maybe we'll have a tennis match first.

Bom: Exactly. I don't know, but if the chance comes, I'd be happy.

How would you like to thank the fans who still remember you?

Bom: I'm grateful. Thank you sincerely for following us. Even though it’s been 10 years, it means a lot that people still remember our work.

Mint: It’s very fulfilling.
