It became a touching story when a Facebook user named “Gravedigger Phuthorn” posted a heartfelt photo and message about Ja Nongpanee after she had just gone through the loss of her father. The gravedigger revealed Ja’s great kindness in treating behind-the-scenes workers with friendliness and utmost respect.
The post said that Ja never forgot to inquire about the payment for helping with her father’s funeral. Normally, the gravedigger would charge only 1,800 baht, but Ja gave a generous compensation of 20,000 baht, along with a hashtag thanking her for never forgetting them. Moreover, Ja kindly supported a new outfit for “Nong Tangmo,” the gravedigger’s daughter who helped at the funeral.
