It must be said that right now Mae Kaew is probably the happiest mother in the world after her beloved son Nadetch Kugimiya got married to Yaya Urassaya on 17 April. Recently, Mae Kaew revealed a photo of a gift box she had carefully kept for over 10 years for her daughter-in-law, captioned, “Over 10 years of preparation by mother... finally here today... so happy @kugimiyas @urassayas #NYwritesNorwayDaughterInLawFromKhonKaen 17 April 2026.”
She also showed what was inside the box, which included a matching necklace and earrings set, and a bracelet designed by Mae Kaew herself. In the video, she said,
“I have something to show you, preparing to welcome my daughter-in-law. These are designs by me. They mean the most to me. I’m very happy to have designed them for her. I’m very happy to become the mother-in-law from Isan. Also, another set is a Naga gem bracelet. I’m very happy to welcome my Isan daughter-in-law and become a grandmother now. These small things are my encouragement for Yaya to be like a daughter.”
Many followers commented praising the beauty of the necklace and bracelet. Nadetch and Yaya also responded with heart emojis for their mother.
