Then, the Facebook page Lawyer Relief, run by lawyer Decha Kittivitayanan, announced that the Phra Nakhon Tai District Court sentenced Pou Mantana to 2 years in prison for fraud without suspension. They shared a message from the page Lawyer Kung - Detective Relief stating, “The Phra Nakhon Tai District Court, in the Lukmee case, sentenced Pou Mantana to 2 years in prison without suspension, to be served consecutively with her previous sentence. All other requests were dismissed,” which caused a sensation on social media.
Recently, Pou Mantana responded to the court's verdict by posting on her Facebook page Pou Mantana: “I respect the court's decision and will exercise my legal right to appeal.” Reports also indicate that she plans to request bail.
