Regarding the case that Lookmee Rasamee Thongsiripraisri filed a lawsuit against Poo Mantana Himathongkham accused of fraud under Criminal Code Section 341 and the 1991 Check Offense Act, Section 4.
Recently, reporters reported that yesterday (22 Apr 2026), the Phra Nakhon Tai District Court issued a judgment in this case, criminal case number A.1874/2024, sentencing the defendant to two years in prison.
However, the defendant filed a motion for temporary release during the appeal. The Phra Nakhon Tai District Court ordered temporary release during the appeal, with a 300,000 baht fine if bail conditions are violated. The defendant must wear an EM bracelet and post 60,000 baht cash as 20% bail of the total 300,000 baht.
The defendant must pay this amount to the court within 15 days from 22 Apr 2026 and is prohibited from leaving the kingdom unless authorized by the court and must notify the Immigration Office.
