There was a tour to America lasting over a month. It was just Danny and me sitting together, wanting to go home and missing home, feeling abandoned. The person who took us left us behind. Asked about the bond with Brother Danny?
Hum said, “It was more than just a bond because we were together for many years. 'Rabiad Thoet Thoeng' ran nearly 20 years. During meals, we teased each other like siblings.”
Asked about his personality while they were together?
Hum said, “He loved his friends. On Brother Chole’s birthday, we went on a trip to Patpong and Silom.”
Nong said, “He liked teasing and joking. His personality probably came from the Thepphop Ngam troupe and from Brother Hum. He wasn’t serious.”
Hum said, “It was like a chain—Danny would tease Brother Chuey, and so on.”
Na Ja Re Chernyim said, “I worked with Danny in a drama. He was a good and kind-hearted person.”
Nong said, “He was a straightforward guy. In the past, if someone had something to sell, he’d buy it all.”
Asked how they felt upon hearing the news?
Hum said, “I was in the provinces and thought, ‘What happened?’ I asked friends and learned it was acute kidney failure.”
Nong said, “I was shocked because we had been close. He once called about selling a Volkswagen Beetle. I told him it was expensive because Danny liked expensive things, really vintage but costly. If he sold it, it could get 700,000 to 800,000 baht, but Danny wanted 500,000 to 600,000. He wanted to use the money to pay his child’s tuition.
