Crash Course in Romance tells the story of Pailin (played by Esther Supreeleela), a former national badminton athlete turned fried chicken shop owner and single mother. She bears the responsibility of caring for both her school-age daughter and her brother, who has a chronic illness. The chaos begins when she decides to enroll her daughter in tutoring classes for the first time to improve her math scores.
However, the academic path is not smooth, as Pailin faces obstacles that force her to leave a top tutoring center. Determined, she strives by all means to help her daughter gain admission to a prestigious national high school.
