Recently Bow Wanda shared a story about her daughter Mali Pakwan the daughter of Por Trithree When mother Bow told her daughter she planned to buy a new house because both Mali and Jay were growing up and she wanted them to have private rooms, her daughter's reply left her heartbroken and brought tears to her eyes.
“Yesterday I talked with Mali, saying, 'How about this, Mom will look for a new house around here, maybe one to expand our home a bit because the house where Dad lives is small and Mali is growing up. Mom will look nearby so there’s more space, and I can make a gallery room for you so you have your own private space.'”
Mali: 'Why do we have to buy a new one?'
Mother Bow: 'So you can have your own room because you are growing up.' After a while, she got quiet. I noticed and told her, 'Mom hasn’t bought it yet, I’m just asking.'”
Mali: 'If we have a new house with a bigger room, do we have to move there?'
Mother Bow: 'Yes, we will go and stay there.' She got quiet again, so I asked if something was wrong.
Mali: 'If we all move there, how will Dad Por live? Will he be alone?'
Mother Bow: 'Then we can have another house reserved, dear. Mom will buy one to keep for later, in case when Mom is old, Mali and Jay want to move and expand, you can live there. Mom will save money and work to buy another house for you.'”
She was quiet again and then told me, 'I’m okay, but I don’t want Mom to be tired anymore. Mom is already tired enough. If Mom buys a new house, she’ll have to work hard to save money. The house we have now is fine for me. I don’t want Mom to be tired anymore because Mom has already bought me everything.'”
After Bow Wanda shared this story, many followers praised 13-year-old Mali for her mature and thoughtful mindset beyond her years. Comments included: 'Very few children think like this. I’m proud for Mom Bow’s heart,' 'This is a precious memory of Mali, she probably doesn’t want to move,' 'A small house is fine if the family is happy. Staying in the same place no matter how small is happiness and family,' 'Honestly, Mali’s thoughts are excellent. She doesn’t want Mom to be tired because she sees how much Mom works and wants her to rest,' and 'Such a sweet daughter who worries about her mother’s fatigue.'
