Earlier, at approximately 08:30 on 27 Apr 2026, Sam Yuranan along with his son and lawyer, traveled to the Office of the Attorney General to meet with prosecutors from Special Case Division 1 at the Special Case Prosecutor's Office on Ratchadaphisek Road.
Most recently, at 09:30 the same day, Min Pechaya Wattanamontri arrived at the Criminal Court with her family and lawyer, sporting short hair and dark glasses, maintaining a neutral expression and not avoiding the media.
Upon arrival, she greeted reporters with a wai gesture but did not speak or give any interviews before entering the court building.
Following this, the Special Case Prosecutor 1 will file charges against both defendants at the Criminal Court. Once the court accepts the case, both defendants may request bail at this stage. If bail is denied, they will be taken to prison according to legal procedure.
