On 27 Apr 2026 at 09:00 at the Special Case Prosecutor's Office 1 on Ratchadaphisek Road, prosecutors from Special Case Division 1 scheduled a formal indictment. Min Peechaya Wattananmontri , and Sam Yuranan Phamonmontri two well-known actors, defendants in a public fraud case involving Dicon Group Company, were to be presented to the Criminal Court, after both requested to postpone meeting prosecutors from 26 Mar.
Recently, Min posted a clip on TikTok discussing her life during this period.(Watch the clip)she said,
“Over the past year, after I was cleared and not prosecuted on 8 Jan 2025, many wondered where I disappeared to. I was absent from social media for a long time but lived a normal life. I just didn’t post online. During that time, I took time to recover from the chaos in my life. Today, I want to share what I had to face and endure over the past year.”
“As everyone knows, last year I proved my innocence and was cleared of all accusations. But today, I am shocked again that suddenly I’m asked to prove myself in court once more. I’m ready and have always cooperated fully with all authorities from day one, even though the company remained silent.”
“I did all I could—holding press conferences, going to the Criminal Court myself, providing contact details and inviting inquiries. I even went to the Central Investigation Bureau before things escalated. I approached various officials to express my willingness to cooperate fully.”
“Today, I stand firm to prove my innocence. I am a citizen seeking justice. I have submitted several letters and witness statements to the prosecutors, including the latest on 7 Apr. The key points are as follows.”
“I want the main Dicon case to be decided first so that everyone can understand the situation together. If it’s truly necessary to prosecute me, I ask that it be based only on the period I worked with Dicon.”
“Currently, I am being charged for a time when I was not involved. I have been lumped in since the start of the turmoil. After everything settled, the facts emerged and I was cleared. It has been over a year since I submitted all the facts. If prosecution is inevitable, please do so with correct evidence and for the accurate period and number of incidents.”
“To explain simply: if I worked at a company for a year and a half but the company has existed for 6–7 years and is sued, I shouldn’t be charged for the full 6–7 years. If I’m to be charged, it should be for the correct duration based on evidence.”
“On 27 Apr, I will fully cooperate and meet the prosecutor to provide all requested information. Once in court, I ask for bail to prove my innocence outside and gather evidence. I will not flee because I have a home and much to lose.”
