After prosecutors from Special Case Division 1 scheduled the indictment, Min Pechaya Wattanamontree and Sam Yuranan Phommontri, two well-known actors accused of jointly defrauding the public in The ICON Group case, requested to postpone their appointment with the prosecutor from 26 March 2026 to 27 April 2026, and both appeared as rescheduled.
After Min Pechaya and Sam Yuranan met with prosecutors from Special Case Division 1, reporters confirmed that the Criminal Court granted bail of 1 million baht each, with the condition they are prohibited from traveling outside the kingdom unless permitted.
Before leaving, Sam Yuranan briefly said, “Thank you to the court for its mercy,” raised his hands in a traditional Thai greeting, and immediately departed.
