Jeab Pijittra truly never disappoints. Jeab Pijittra who recently brought along her husband Boy Anuwat to open her shabu restaurant for two humorous hosts, Opal Panisara and Pookie Paweenuch. On the show “Ki Zod Op Soi,” they went to review the delicious food with full enthusiasm.
But the excitement wasn’t just about the food. Jeab revealed the restaurant’s “secret menu,” truly secret because even the owner doesn’t want to sell it! When Opal asked which menu item Jeab liked best in her own restaurant, Jeab answered immediately.
Opal: The dish you like most in your own restaurant?
Jeab: I didn’t bring it today.
Opal: That’s the secret menu!
Jeab: Because I’m afraid if people order it, the profit will be too low.
Opal: So it’s a secret menu that’s just known but not to be ordered, right?
Boy: Don’t want to sell it (laughs) because it makes little profit.
Opal: Don’t tell, don’t put it on the table, no promotion; just know about it, okay?
Jeab: The dish is “Tofu with Teriyaki Sauce” because I love tofu a lot. This tofu isn’t supplied in large quantities. We don’t order much because it spoils quickly, as it’s fresh tofu.
Opal: Instead of having it spoil quickly after it arrives, they don’t let customers order it.
Pookie: I don’t understand their business model at all.
Boy: Well, after 15 years, we only have 2 branches (laughs).
This moment had everyone laughing loudly around the table. It was another hilarious moment from the cheerful couple Boy and Jeab, who always give fans smiles whenever they appear on any show.
