Mewky Piraya or her new name is Mewky Airada She admits losing confidence and reveals the painful divorce, having to sacrifice assets and hand over the business to her ex-husband to secure sole custody of her child.
Recently, she opened up completely about the life storms she has faced, admitting that social media criticism deeply affected her emotionally, causing her to lose confidence. No matter what she did or whom she associated with, she was always seen as seeking attention.
Mewky shared that the heaviest turning point in her life was divorcing her ex-husband after more than 10 years together. She said although she initiated the divorce, the pain ran deeper than anyone could understand. During that time, she suffered from silent depression, couldn’t sleep for years, lost over 10 kilograms, and had to endure public insults.
Mewky said she had to give up everything to gain sole custody of her child. When she decided to leave, she barely had any assets left—only one house. She decided to give her car and the business they had built together to the other party so everything would end peacefully. Even now, driving past the old store still makes her heart ache, but she insists that holding her child in her arms is the most valuable thing.
Mewky understands that everyone expects our love life to be perfect, and she wants that too. But when it can’t continue, walking away is the right decision.
